Privacy of our email lists
CLEANIS maintains an email list to keep the public informed about new products, store sales and other such promotional news. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but CLEANIS personnel and our authorized agents.
Editing, Updating, Correcting and Deleting User Information
Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and your question(s) and, if applicable, specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, street address or other personal information with us, please contact us the same way. Opting Out of Communications
If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from one of our brands on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email newsletter you receive from that brand. CLEANIS has security measures in place to protect against the loss or misuse of your personal identifiable information. Although we will take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and private, there is always some risk in providing personally identifiable information over the Internet.
Children (under the age of 13)
CLEANIS takes children’s privacy seriously. We do not seek to collect personal information about children through our Website. If we become aware that a person submitting information to us through any part of our Website is a child, we delete the information as soon as we discover it and do not use it for any purpose, nor do we disclose it to third parties. Since we do not seek to collect any personal information about children, and we delete information collected inadvertently as soon as we discover that a child has submitted it, we typically retain no information about children that could be reviewed or deleted.
